Setting Up an Online Account as a Current Customer
Billing and shipping addresses will populate with your account based on existing records. Please contact customer service to set up a new ship-to location or update your billing information.
Our team will review your account request and share the new account setup form.
Once the New Account Setup Form is completed, our team will send the online activation email.
Select "Activate Account" in the blue box.
Set your username with your email address.
Set a password and login.
TIP: When you are ready to complete the New Account Setup Form, please have the following information available:
Credit sheet or corporate details
W-9
Accounts Payable information
Tax Exempt Certificate (if applicable)
Shipping instructions and primary shipping location
Placing an Order
Login to your account.
Find products using Categories (top left underneath the TFS logo), Search, Catalogs (just above account login), or Order History & Status (above the cart).
If the product number(s) are known, add the product number(s) to the Quick Order pop-out for fast entry.
Add the product to the cart.
Select the cart icon to review and add Order Notes, at the bottom of the screen, as needed. For example, "Dock Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm".
If you're not ready to order yet, select Save for Later at the bottom of your cart. The products will automatically save in your Order History & Status portal, and can be readded to your cart at any time.
If you are ready to order, continue to Step 2: Location, and confirm the billing, shipping, and contact details.
In Step 3: Delivery & Payment, select Will Call (pickup), or Delivery, and enter your purchase order number.
TIP: If you don't have a PO number, we recommend using your name and the date (e.g. John Doe 102925).

Order History & Tracking
Select Order History & Status at the top right of your screen (just above the Cart icon) to access the self-service portal.
Your orders will appear in order from newest to oldest.
Select the order in question to view tracking information, expected shipment dates, and order details.
TIP: Use the filters at the top of the Orders page to set criteria find a specific order by PO or acknowledgment number.
